Dream Study LLC is a registered EdTech startup founded in 2025. We design and operate the "Dream Study" learning app, available on Android, iOS and the web, with the contact domain dreamstudy.uz and email admin@dreamstudy.uz.

How Dream Study makes money
Dream Study runs on a freemium SaaS model with multiple, recurring revenue streams.
1. Premium subscription
The core revenue stream. Users learn for free, then upgrade to Premium at $2.99/month for unlimited AI Mentor help, unlimited AI test generation, deep diagnostics and an ad-free experience. Monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
2. AI credit packs
Pay-as-you-go credit packs for users who want extra AI test generations or Mentor sessions without a full subscription. One-time in-app purchases via Google Play & App Store billing.
3. B2B school & tutor licenses
Annual per-seat licenses for schools, learning centers and private tutors, with a teacher dashboard to create classes, assign AI tests and track student progress. Higher-value contracts.
4. Content partnerships
Revenue-share deals with course authors and exam-prep providers who publish premium test sets and courses inside Dream Study's marketplace.
5. Sponsored prep (future)
Non-intrusive sponsorships from universities and exam bodies on the free tier (e.g. featured roadmaps), keeping the student experience clean while monetizing reach.

Dream Study is built on Google Cloud: Gemini 2.5 Flash for AI test generation & the Mentor, Firebase Auth, Firestore and Realtime Database for live duels. Startup credits directly fund our AI inference and scaling.
Unit economics: a Premium subscriber ($2.99/mo) generates strong gross margins because AI inference cost per active user is a small fraction of the subscription, and Google Cloud credits further reduce early-stage infrastructure cost while we scale.
