This Privacy Policy explains how Dream Study LLC ("Dream Study", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Dream Study mobile and web application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign up with email or Google Sign-In, we receive your email address and, from Google, your name and profile photo.
• Learning data: tests you create or take, scores, answers, mistakes, progress, and content you upload (e.g. photos of study material used to generate tests).
• Usage data: basic app interaction and device data needed to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide core features: AI test generation, the AI Mentor, courses and live group duels.
• To save your progress, rankings and personalize your learning experience.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse and improve the App.

3. Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run the App:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database) — for sign-in, data storage and live features.
• Google Gemini API (Google Cloud) — to generate tests and power the AI Mentor. Content you submit for AI processing is sent to this service to produce a response.
• Google Play / Apple App Store — for app distribution and subscription billing.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account) or via our deletion page: dreamstudy.uz/delete-account. See that page for details.

5. Children

The App is intended for students. If a user is under the age required by local law, a parent or guardian should consent to and supervise their use.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (including Google Cloud security) to protect your data, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
