These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dream Study mobile and web application (the "App") operated by Dream Study LLC ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Dream Study is an AI-powered education platform offering an AI test generator, a personal AI Mentor, courses and live group duels. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• The App offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription ($2.99/month), plus optional one-time AI credit packs.
• Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play / App Store account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: uploading illegal or harmful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it to cheat in a way that violates your institution's rules.

5. AI-generated content

Tests and explanations are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and may occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify important information. AI output is provided for learning support and is not professional or exam-guaranteed advice.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design and brand are owned by Dream Study LLC. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a license to store and process it to operate the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Dream Study LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
